About Us
Wairegi Kiarie and Associates is a Naivasha based Law firm located within Naivasha Town along Mama Ngina Street.
The firm is managed by Wairegi Kiarie. Currently it has engaged the services of two advocates namely Wanjiku Njoroge and Monica Mwai.
We offer a comprehensive range of legal services including specialist independent advisory and advocacy referral services covering banking securities; conveyancing; criminal, civil and commercial litigation; insurance; family law and alternative dispute resolution.
Our vision is to remain an efficient firm, offering quality and personalized service to our client in all aspects of the Law.
We believe in a pro-active approach to work adopting processes tailored to the needs of the client. Speedy conclusion of our clients’ matters is our priority. The result of this approach has been the realization of competent and honest service where clients are kept well informed whilst confidentiality and privacy are maintained.
FEES AND BILLING CRITERIA
We are guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order. However, our rates are competitive and flexible taking into account the realities of business. We are open to different modes of payment depending on the client’s preference and circumstances and also taking into account the nature of the instructions involved.
INDEMNITY COVER
We have taken out a professional indemnity cover with a credible insurance company with a limit of Kenya Shillings Fifty Million (Kshs. 50,000,000.00). We are prepared to enhance this cover to meet the exigencies and dictates of particular circumstances or upon specific requests by our clients.
